Delete your Cricketwarz account
You can ask us to delete your Cricketwarz account and the data linked to it at any time. You do not need to reinstall the game to make a request.
1. In the game (coming soon)
A Settings > Delete account button is being added to the game. Until it is available, please use email (below).
2. By email (available now)
- Send an email to contact@cricketwarz.com with the subject "Cricketwarz account deletion request".
- Include your nickname and account number, both shown in the game settings (the account number is at the bottom, for example #1234). We may ask for more information to confirm that the account is yours.
- We verify the request, delete the account within 30 days and reply to you by email when it is done.
What happens next
After we confirm your request there is a 7-day grace period. Then your account and the game data below are permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Everything is completed within 30 days of your request.
Data that is deleted
- Account: guest account identifier, account number, nickname and any linked Google or Apple account
- Game data: coins and gems, characters with their levels, stars and shards, batting order, match records and results, battle points, club membership and contribution, mailbox items, attendance and ad-chest counters
- Crash reports linked to your account
Data kept after deletion
- Records of purchases are kept separately for 5 years from the date of purchase, as required by Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and then deleted.
- Server logs (including IP addresses) are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Before you delete
Unused paid in-game currency (such as gems) and remaining premium pass days are not refunded when an account is deleted. If you want a refund for a purchase, please contact Google Play or us before deleting your account.
