Dcompany ("dcompanyservice", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process in our mobile game Cricketwarz and on this website (cricketwarz.com), why, and what your choices are.

1. Operator

2. Information we process in the game

It is not your advertising ID, and we do not use your device's hardware identifiers (such as ANDROID_ID). You do not need an email address, phone number or real name. We do not collect your real name, phone number, precise location, contacts or photos. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you and handle your request.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process game data to provide the game you asked for (performance of a contract), crash reports and server logs based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service working and secure, and personalized advertising only with your consent.

3. Advertising

Cricketwarz offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. An ad plays only when you tap a button to watch one for a reward; you can play the game without watching any ads.

Google AdMob may collect and process your device's advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, device information and ad interactions under Google's Privacy Policy. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for your consent through Google's consent tool (User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are shown. You receive the same rewards whether or not you allow personalized ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.

4. In-app purchases

We plan to offer a premium pass (30 days per purchase; up to 90 days can be held at a time), gem packs and a one-time growth pack as in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play under Google's own terms and privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to verify and deliver your purchase (purchase token, order ID, product and time of purchase), never your card details.

5. Website

This website is a static information site. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not set cookies.

To understand how the site is used, your browser may send our server the address of each page you open, the kind of main button you press (for example, a store button or an email link), and, if you arrive from another site, the kind of site you came from. These are counted only as daily totals. The page counter does not store IP addresses, cookies or device information.

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), whose servers may record IP addresses in their logs for security purposes.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• Other players can see your nickname, your characters and match results during and after a match, and, if you join a club, your nickname, level, role and contribution in that club.
• Service providers who process information on our behalf (section 7).
• Google, for app distribution, payments and purchase verification (Google Play) and for advertising (AdMob), as described in sections 3 and 4.
• Authorities, when required by applicable law.

8. Retention and deletion

Account and game data	As long as your account exists. After you request deletion and we confirm it, there is a 7-day grace period, and then the data is permanently deleted (in any case within 30 days of your request)

Purchase records	5 years from the date of purchase, as required by Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, even after your account is deleted. They are kept separately from your other data

How to delete your account: see Delete your Cricketwarz account. Account deletion in the game (Settings > Delete account) is coming soon; email requests work now. Electronic data is deleted using methods that prevent it from being restored.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections between the game and our servers and restricted access to our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email us with your nickname and account number (shown in the game settings). We respond without undue delay, and within one month where the GDPR applies. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Users in India: under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for a summary of the personal data we process about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity. You can raise any grievance with our grievance contact (section 14) at contact@cricketwarz.com; we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Children

Cricketwarz is not directed at children under 13. If the law of your country requires the consent of a parent or guardian for a minor to use online services or make purchases, please use Cricketwarz only with that consent. If you believe a child has given us personal information without the required consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. International transfers

Our game servers and database are located in the Republic of Korea. If you use Cricketwarz from outside Korea, your information is transferred to and processed in Korea. For users in the European Union, the European Commission has recognized Korea as providing an adequate level of data protection (adequacy decision of December 17, 2021). Google, Cloudflare and GitHub may process information in other countries, including the United States, under their own safeguards.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service or the law changes (for example, when in-app purchases or in-game account deletion become available). Each version is identified by the effective date at the top of this page. We will announce significant changes in the game or on this website before they take effect.
