Terms of Service (English)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Dcompany ("dcompanyservice", "we", "us") about your use of the game Cricketwarz and related services we provide (together, the "Service").

1. Acceptance and changes

By downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may change these Terms when the Service changes or the law requires it. We will announce changes in the game or on this website at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days before if the change is unfavourable to you or significant. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, the changed Terms apply. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

2. Your account

• Cricketwarz creates a guest account for you automatically when you first start the game. You do not need to register an email address or phone number. You may optionally link a Google or Apple account to continue on another device.
• Your guest account is linked to the device you play on. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, you may lose access to your account. Please contact us before doing so, with your nickname and account number.
• You may not sell, lend, transfer or share your account. Accounts have no value apart from the Service.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in rankings or rewards.

3. The Service

Cricketwarz is a casual real-time cricket game. You can play as a solo team or as a 2-player team with another player, and solo and 2-player teams may be matched against each other. If no opponent or teammate is found within about 8 seconds, a computer-controlled player (bot) of a similar level fills in. You can also create or join clubs and play club battles; club season rewards are sent to the in-game mailbox.

We may add, change or remove game content, characters, features, balance values, events and rewards in order to operate and improve the game. We may suspend all or part of the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates or technical reasons; where this is scheduled, we will announce it in advance.

If we decide to end the Service, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance in the game and on this website, and we will handle unused paid in-game currency in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

4. Paid content and in-game items

The game is free to download and play. Some items and benefits are offered for purchase through Google Play: gem packs, a premium pass and a one-time growth pack.

• Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
• In-game currency (coins and gems) and items are a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use them inside the Service. They are not money or property and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another player or account.
• The premium pass gives its benefits for 30 days from purchase. You can buy it again to extend it, but you can hold at most 90 days at a time. It is not an auto-renewing subscription; nothing is charged again when the period ends.
• The growth pack can be purchased only once per account.
• Prices are shown in the store in your local currency, including any taxes the store applies.

5. Character draws (probability-based items)

Characters and character shards can be obtained by chance through draws. Before each draw, the game shows the characters that can be obtained and the probability of each. A set number of the same character's shards raises that character's stars. Where the law of your country requires additional disclosure, we follow that law.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Because payments are processed by Google Play, refund requests are normally handled by Google Play under its own policy. Please contact Google Play first.

Where Korean consumer protection law applies, you may withdraw a purchase of paid in-game currency within 7 days if you have not used any of it. Withdrawal is limited for content that has already been used or consumed and for draws that have already been made. If the Service does not work as described because of a problem on our side, you may request a refund in accordance with applicable law. Where the law of your country gives you stronger rights, that law applies.

If a purchase is refunded, cancelled or charged back, we may take back the currency and benefits granted by that purchase.

7. Rules of conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify the game client or data, use unauthorized programs, automation tools or macros, or interfere with our servers or network traffic
• Exploit a bug to obtain currency, items, rankings or rewards, or help another player do so
• Deliberately lose or arrange match results to affect rankings or rewards
• Buy, sell or broker accounts, items or in-game currency for real money outside the Service
• Use a nickname that is obscene, hateful, unlawful or that impersonates us or another person
• Infringe the rights of us or anyone else

8. Suspension and termination

If you breach these Terms, we may restrict some features, suspend your account temporarily or terminate it, depending on how serious and how repeated the breach is. We will tell you the reason unless the law does not allow it. You may object by contacting us, and if a restriction was applied in error we will lift it and restore what was affected. We may take back currency, items, rankings and rewards obtained in breach of section 7.

9. Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by following Delete your Cricketwarz account. After a 7-day grace period your account, game progress, items and in-game currency are permanently deleted (in any case within 30 days of your request) and cannot be restored. Remaining paid in-game currency and premium pass days are forfeited and not refunded. Records that we must keep by law are kept separately for the periods stated in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The Service and everything in it, including software, artwork, characters, music, text and design, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Service, except as the law allows.

You may capture, stream and share gameplay footage, including on monetized channels, as long as you do not suggest that we sponsor or endorse you.

11. Advertising

The Service offers optional ads that give a reward when you watch them to the end. Watching is always your choice. The advertising provider processes information under its own policy, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work to keep the Service available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be free of interruption or error. We are not liable for problems caused by your device, your network, the store platform or other matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.

13. Minors

Cricketwarz is not directed at children under 13. If you are a minor under the law of your country, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and you should obtain their consent before making any purchase. A parent or guardian may contact us about a purchase made by a minor without consent, and we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer living in another country (for example, India), you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any problem directly.
